Return Policy

At Adishesh Ayurveda, we are committed to providing authentic, carefully packaged Ayurvedic wellness products. Every order is checked before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement subject to the conditions below.

1. Nature of Products

Our products, including MAXPURUSH Capsules, MAXPURUSH Oil, MAXPURUSH Majun and other Ayurvedic wellness products, are carefully packed to maintain their quality and safety. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur and may not be considered a defect.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The product is missing from your order.
  • The product received does not match the product ordered.

Return/replacement requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Proof Required

To process a return or replacement request, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order ID or order confirmation.
  • Clear photographs of the received product.
  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
  • A short unboxing video, where available, especially for damaged or missing items.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will generally not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after the specified return period.
  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
  • The product has been damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging.
  • The product has been altered, tampered with, or partially used.
  • The return is requested due to a change of mind or personal preference.

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened or used Ayurvedic consumable products are generally non-returnable.

5. Return Process

Once your return or replacement request is received:

  1. Our team will review the request and supporting information.
  2. If approved, we will provide further return instructions.
  3. The product may be inspected after it is received.
  4. Based on the inspection, we will arrange an eligible replacement or refund as applicable.
6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Customized or specially processed orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
